Frequently asked questions

Can I also book accommodation directly?

Up to 9 rooms can be booked directly via our website. For group bookings of 10 rooms or more, please contact us by e-mail at booking@bold-campus.com or via telephone on +49 6174 295-0. We will then arrange everything else with you.

How can I book an event at the Bold Campus?

For company events, conferences, meetings and of course private parties, please contact us using our form. Here you can provide us with information in advance so that our team is aware of your wishes and can get back to you promptly.

How can I change or cancel my booking?

The best way to change your booking is to use the same method you used to make your original booking. For instance, you can use your booking code on our website to change or cancel your booking according to your needs. 

Can bring my dog with me to Bold Campus?

Your four-legged friend is at least as welcome as you are, for an additional €10 per night.Please ask for this directly when making your reservation or add the option "dog" during your booking. 

How long is the reception staffed?

Bold Campus reception is open 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday.

When will I be able to check into my room on arrival?

The rooms of the Bold Campus are ready for you from 3 pm. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Early check-in is also possible upon request.

Where can I park?

You can park your car at Bold Campus in the large parking area directly in front of the building or in the underground car park, both can be used for a fee (€2 /hour, daily rate: €12). You will find free parking spaces nearby outside the premises.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted in the Bold Campus buildings. However, if you feel the urgent need, you are welcome to go outside. There are designated ashtrays in front of the main entrance. Out of respect for the wildlife, please do not throw your cigarette butts in the environment. We are happy to provide you with an ashtray.

Does Bold Campus serve breakfast?

You can enjoy a delicious breakfast and tea or coffee from 7am to 10am. Our sustainable breakfast concept for €19 per person, surprises and fuels you with savoury and sweet creations that will get your day off to a productive start.

Are there vegetarian or vegan dishes?

Many of our dishes are vegetarian and some are vegan and/or gluten-free. If you have an intolerance or other preferences, please let us know. Our passionate chefs will be happy to provide you with delicious alternatives.

Are dogs allowed in the restaurant or bar?

The Bold bar & eatery and restaurant are reserved for two legged guests. Your dog is not allowed here. Feel free to take your breakfast with you and eat at the large tables in the lobby, in the park or even in your room if you don't want to leave your loyal companion alone.

What time do I have to leave or check out?

Normally you should have checked out by 11am. If you don't want to part with us just yet, we will store your luggage for you and you can enjoy the view with a drink.

Is a late check-out possible?

The weather is so nice and you want to go for a jog or a bike ride through the Taunus? If you would like to check out later than 11am, please contact our reception team in advance.

Is access to the Bold Campus barrier-free?

You can reach the reception barrier-free via a path that leads off to the left about 15 m after the gate, or coming from the upper parking deck, a little to the right after the reception. Many areas of the Bold Campus are accessible, we will be happy to explain more on request.

Are there also barrier-free rooms?

We will be happy to prepare a barrier-free room for you. Simply send your request by e-mail to booking@bold-campus.com or call us on +49 6174 295-0.

Rooms at the Bold Campus?

In our Bold Rooms and Extra Bold Rooms, you can already immerse yourself in the new feel-good atmosphere of natural materials and earthy tones.

Are there extra beds?

Your safety comes first with us. For safety and limited space reasons, extra beds are not possible in the Bold Campus. However, we are happy to offer you a room with a connecting door on request.

Are the rooms in the Bold Campus air-conditioned?

The rooms are not air-conditioned. However, all rooms have large windows that can be opened and some offer direct access to the park or feature a French balcony.

Is there a hairdryer in the rooms?

You don't have to worry about drying your hair, because every room has a hairdryer.

Is there a fridge or minibar in the room?

Our rooms feature neither a fridge nor a minibar. If you fancy a refreshing drink, our Bar is open until 24:00.

Do the rooms at Bold Campus have a safe?

There is no safe in the room itself, but you can leave your valuables at reception. Our colleagues will keep your belongings safe for you until you pick them up again.

Is there a telephone in the rooms?

We assume that you can be reached by family, friends and business contacts on your mobile phone, so our rooms are not equipped with a telephone.

Are the rooms suitable for an allergic person?

The new Bold Rooms and Bold Suites are suitable for allergy sufferers as they fashion a wooden floor. Please let our team know when making your reservation so that your room can be prepared for you accordingly.

Can I drop off my laundry for cleaning and ironing?

We are happy to take care of your dirty laundry. A laundry bag together with a price list for the laundry and ironing service can be found in your room. Depending on when you drop off your washing, it will be nice and clean already the following day.

Does Bold Campus have a hotel bar?

In our Spruce Bar you can enjoy delicious signature cocktails, unusual gin creations and of course refreshing classics with fewer or no revolutions until midnight.

Is there a wellness area?

Can I borrow a bathrobe?

So that you don't have to allow for excess luggage, we will be happy to provide you with your personal wellness bag including a fluffy bathrobe and bath towel for a fee of € 6 (€ 10 for two people) on request.

How many houses does the Bold Campus consist of?

Six interconnected houses make up the world of the Bold Campus. Our little cottage in the park is a bit separate. To help you find your way to the right house, overview maps of the buildings can be found in central locations.

Do the houses have elevators?

There are four passenger lifts at central locations in the various buildings. However, the best view of the complex and the park is to walk from A to B. All buildings apart from the little cottage are connected via the basement, which is the easiest way to reach them.

Where is the nearest bus or train station?

You don't have to walk far, the nearest bus stop is right outside the door. It is called Bangert / Bold Campus. The bus takes you from here to the centre of Königstein im Taunus. From Königsten station, you can take the regional train to Frankfurt main station, which takes about 30 minutes.
