  • Booking, Change, Cancellation

    • How can I book a room at Bold Frankfurt Messe?

      You can book your room at Bold Hotel Frankfurt via our website and by contacting us via phone +49 69 9073869-0 or via email to reception.ffm@bold-hotels.com.

      Do I need a credit card to book a room?

      It is also possible to book without a credit card. However, it is required if you arrive after 6 pm, for bookings during trade shows and special events, as well as bookings at discounted rates.

      Is my credit card charged in advance?

      If your credit card is charged in advance depends on the rate you have booked. I you booked a discounted rate, for trade shows or during special events your credit card will be charged upfront. More details can be found in the rates' details as well as on your booking confirmation.

      Is it possible to make a group reservation?

      The more, the merrier! If you like to book ten rooms or more, please reach out directly to our reservations department via booking@bold-hotels.com or by phone +49 89 2000159-2244.

      Is breakfast offered at Bold Frankfurt Messe?

      At the moment we are still working on our own bar & eatery and are therefore not able to offer you a breakfast. However, there are some breakfast options within walking distance.

      Can I bring my dog to the hotel?

      Your furry friend is welcome upon request and for a fee of € 10 per night. We'll prepare a dog basket, a bowl and a small treat accordingly.

      Is there a parking lot available?

      There are currently no parking facilities available. However, you will find numerous public parking spots closeby the Bold Frankfurt Messe.

      Are there extra beds or folding beds for children available?
      How can I book these?

      You can book extra beds and children's travel beds for a fee, if availability allows. For bookings with children, please contact our reservations department directly at +49 89 2000159-2244 or via email to booking@bold-hotels.com.

      What is the direct booking discount?

      If you book directly on our website, via phone +49 89 2000159-2244 or by email to booking@bold-hotels.com we offer a discount of € 5 per booked night. The discount is not available if you book via other portals.

      Which rates are offered at Bold Frankfurt Messe?

      Our hotels offer refundable and non-refundable rates, as well as special rates depending on the hotel. For more information on booking conditions, please contact our reservations department. If you click on BOOK NOW on our website the available rooms and rates will be displayed per hotel after you've selected your travel dates.

      Do you offer special long stay rates?

      We love to be your home away from home! In case your stay exceeds 30 consecutive nights you benefit from discounted longterm rates.       Is there a fee for an additional person in the room?

      At Bold Frankfurt Messe you have the choice to book a single or double room. Upon request and subject to availability, we will be pleased to arrange for an extra bed starting from € 25 per night.

      Should you have made your booking via e.g. booking.com or HRS, we kindly ask you to contact their corresponding customer service / website. Please refer to your booking confirmation for contact details.

      Are there any costs involved if I cancel my booking?

      Depending on the rate you booked, there are varying cancellation conditions. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details and if any fees are applicable.

       

  • Arrival & Departure

    • How long is the reception desk at the Bold Frankfurt Messe open?

      Due to the current situation, our team is there for you daily from 7 am to 10 pm.

      When can I check into the room on the day of arrival?

      On the day of your arrival, you will be able to use your room from 3 pm onwards.

      Until what time is it possible to check out?

      You can make use of your room until 11 am on the day of your departure.

      Is a late check-out possible?

      If you don't want to leave just yet: subject to availability and for a fee, you can also check out after 11 am. To arrange for a late check-out, please contact our reception in advance.

      When can I pay for my stay?

      In all our hotels, you will pay on arrival at the latest. For more information, please refer to your booking confirmation.

      Which credit cards can I use to pay?

      The following credit cards are accepted: MasterCard, VISA Card, American Express Card. You can also pay conveniently by EC card/Maestro or Apple Pay. Cash payment is not possible.

      We offer four different room categories, which vary in terms of facilities and special features such as a high-quality equipped kitchenette or glass shower cubicle.You can also find more details about our room categories on our website.

      Is Wi-Fi available?

      All our hotels keep you digitally connected to the world - free of charge.

      Are the rooms at the Bold Frankfurt Messe air-conditioned?

      The rooms currently do not have air conditioning, but the rooms and studios have large windows therefore ventilation is a breeze.

      Is there a hairdryer in the room?

      No worries about a bad hair day! Every room at the Bold Frankfurt Messe is equipped with a hairdryer.

      Do the rooms have a fridge or mini-bar?

      All things fresh: you will find a fridge in all our rooms and studios. A mini-bar, however, is not available.

      Are there a phone or a safe in the room?

      Our rooms have no phone or safe. You have the possibility to store your valuables in a safe box at the reception. Our team will be happy to keep an eye on your belongings, which you can pick up whenever you like.

  • Bar, Laundry & else

    • Is there a hotel bar?

      Bold Frankfurt Messe currently does not have its own bar & eatery, but we are working on it.

      Can I smoke in the room?

      All Bold Hotels are non-smoking, but if you feel the need you are welcome to go outside where you will find ashtrays.

      Is there a laundry and ironing service?

      You are welcome to use our coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the basement. Washing powder is available at reception for a small fee. You can also borrow an iron and ironing board free of charge, subject to availability.
