    • How can I book a room at Bold Hotels?

      You can book your desired Bold Hotel via our website and by contacting our reservations department via phone +49 89 2000159-2244 or via email to booking@bold-hotels.com.

      When can I reach reservations at Bold Hotels?

      Our reservations department is currently available during the following hours:

      Monday – Friday: 9am – 5.30pm

      Do I need a credit card to book a room?

      It is also possible to book without a credit card. However, it is required if you arrive after 6 pm, for bookings during trade shows, Oktoberfest and special events, as well as bookings at discounted rates.

      Is my credit card charged in advance?

      That depends on the rate you have booked. In case of bookings at a discounted rate, for trade shows, or during special events your credit card will be charged in advance. You can find more details in the rates' details as well as on your booking confirmation.

      Is it possible to make a group reservation?

      In case you would like to book ten or more rooms, please reach out directly to our reservations department via booking@bold-hotels.com.

      Is breakfast offered at Bold Munich Giesing

      Can I bring my dog with me to the hotel?

      Your furry friend is welcome upon request and for a fee of € 10 per night. There will be a dog basket, a bowl and a small treat waiting.

      Is there a parking lot available at Bold Munich Giesing?

      Yes, the hotel has its own underground car park (max. height: 1,90 m). Please bear in mind that parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. The fee for parking is € 10 per vehicle and night.

      Are there extra beds or folding beds for children available?

      Bold Munich Giesing offers extra beds and folding beds for children according to availability and depending on the age of the child for an additional fee.       Which rates are offered at Bold Munich Giesing?

      Our hotels offer refundable and non-refundable rates, as well as special rates depending on the hotel, e.g. certain promotions. For more information on booking conditions, please contact our reservations department.

      Do you offer special long stay rates?

      A home away from home - of course you can extend your stay with us! If your stay exceeds 30 consecutive nights you benefit from discounted long stay rates.       Is there a fee for an additional person in the room?

      In case you would like to welcome an additional person in your room, the fee is € 10 per night in the existing bed, excluding breakfast. If you need an extra bed or want to use the sofa bed, the extra charge is € 15 per person and night, excluding breakfast, subject to availability. There are special rates for children, depending on their age.

      Are there any costs involved if I cancel my booking?

      Depending on the rate booked, there are varying cancellation conditions. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details and if any fees are applicable.

      When can I check into the room on the day of arrival?

      On the day of your arrival, you will be able to use your room from 3pm onwards.

      Until what time is it possible to check out?

      On your day of departure you can use your room until 11am.

      Is a late check-out possible?

      If you don't want to leave just yet: subject to availability and for a fee, you can also check out after 11am. To arrange for a late check-out, please contact our reception in advance.

      When can I pay for my stay?

      In all our hotels, you will pay on arrival at the latest. For more information, please refer to your booking confirmation.

      Which credit cards can I use to pay?

      The following credit cards are accepted: MasterCard, VISA Card, American Express Card. You can also pay conveniently by EC card/Maestro or Apple Pay. Payment in cash is not possible.

      Is there a car park at the Bold Munich Giesing?

      The Bold Munich Giesing is equipped with an underground car park. You will find the entrance on the right, coming from Chiemgaustraße, directly in front of the hotel. The underground car park costs € 10/day. Please let us know when you check in that you would like to use an underground parking space.

      Can I store my luggage at the Hotel?

      Checking out with a late flight? Arrived a little early? No Problem! You can find a spacious luggage storage at our hotel. Just ask our reception team.

    • Are there different room categories at the Bold Munich Giesing?

      We offer four different room categories, which vary in terms of facilities and special features such as access to a roof terrace, a premium-fitted kitchenette or a sofa bed. You can also find more detail about our room categories on our website.

      Is Wi-Fi available?

      All our hotels keep you digitally connected to the world - free of charge.

      Are the rooms at the Bold Munich Giesing air-conditioned?

      There is no air conditioning, however the rooms have temperature control for warming and cooling. Ventilation is made convenient by large windows and some rooms also come with balconies or terraces.

      Is there a hairdryer in the room?

      No worries about a bad hair day! Every room at the Bold Munich Giesing is equipped with a hairdryer.

      Do the rooms have a fridge?

      In the categories Bold Studio and Bold Deluxe Studio you have a fridge at your disposal.

      Is there a minibar in the room?

      There is no minibar, but stop by the hotel bar instead, where our bartenders will have you hooked up with signature drinks. There is also a vending machine in the basement offering a wide selection of snacks and drinks for those in-between munchies.

      Are the rooms equipped with a safe and a phone?

      We don't have phones in our rooms at Bold Munich Giesing. Considered there is also no safe in the rooms, our team is happy to keep an eye on your valuables in a safety deposit box at the reception.

      Are there rooms with wheelchair access?
      How can I book them?

      We offer barrier-free rooms, which can be booked subject to availability directly via our reservations department by phone at +49 89 2000159-2244 or by email at booking@bold-hotels.com.

      Can I smoke in the room?

      All Bold Hotels are non-smoking. For smoking breaks, you can use our terrace at Bold Munich Giesing or the entrance area in front of the hotel. You will also find ashtrays here. In the instance of infrigement, we will have to charge you a fee of € 150.

      Do you need extra kitchenware or appliances?

      No problem! Just let us know and we'll provide you with additional glasses, plates or a kettle.

      What about room cleaning?

      We skip daily room cleaning. Why? We strive to be environmentally concious. However, if you feel more comfortable with room cleaning, please let us know and we will be happy to schedule it with our housekeeping.

    • Is there a hotel bar? When is it open?

      The bar at Bold Munich Giesing is open around the clock and serves delicious drinks.

      When is time for breakfast at the Bold Munich Giesing?

      You can recharge your batteries for the day Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 10am and on weekends and public holidays from 7am to 11am.

      Are there any vegan options offered for breakfast?

      Most of our dishes are vegetarian and some are vegan and/or gluten-free. If you have any intolerances, please let us know. We're sure you'll find a delicious alternative.

      Is there a laundry and ironing service?

      You are welcome to use our coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the basement. Washing powder is available at reception for a small fee. You can also borrow an iron and ironing board free of charge, subject to availability.

      Forgot something at home?

      No Problem! Our reception can provide you with toothbrushes, razors, sewing kits and much more.

      Get them a voucher for a stay at Bold Hotels. Vouchers are available at our reception.

      Are yoga mats available?

      Yes, we have yoga mats for you on site. Just get in touch with our Bold team at reception.
