Purposes and legal basis of the data processing:
The video surveillance is carried out in order to exercise the householder’s rights, to prevent criminal offences and to secure evidence in the event of such. The legal basis for the video surveillance is Art. 6 paragraph 1(f) GDPR, whereby our interests are derived from the above-mentioned purposes.
Duration of storage or criteria for determining the duration:
Any data saved is automatically deleted after 72 hours.
Information on the rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to request confirmation from the controller as to whether the data subject’s personal data is being processed; if this is the case, the latter has the right to information about this personal data and to the information referred to specifically in Art. 15 GDPR.
The data subject has the right to demand the immediate correction by the controller of inaccurate personal data concerning them, as well as, where necessary, the completion of any incomplete personal data (Art. 16 GDPR).
The data subject has the right to require the controller to delete personal data concerning them without delay, provided that one of the reasons set out in Article 17 GDPR applies, e.g. if the data is no longer needed for the purposes pursued (right of deletion).
The data subject has the right to require the controller to restrict the processing if one of the conditions set out in Art. 18 GDPR is met (e.g. if the data subject has objected to the processing), for the duration of inspection of the data by the controller.
The data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data for reasons arising from their own particular situation. The controller will then cease to process the personal data unless it can demonstrate compelling, legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or unless the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims (Art. 21 GDPR). Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the data subject believes the processing of their personal data to be in breach of the GDPR (Art. 77 GDPR).
The data subject may exercise this right with a supervisory authority in the Member State of his place of residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
