to make sure that you can have a relaxed and carefree stay at BOLD Hotels, our whole team has been working relentlessly to implement comprehensive hygiene & protection measures.
On our website we keep you updated about all current measures, which we regularly evaluate, develop and adapt with the help of recommendations from the authorities and experts.
Please note: According to the last governmental declaration we are only allowed to host business travelers at the moment. Unfortunately, overnight stays for touristic reasons are currently not allowed.

In the reception and lounge area we limit the number of people per room in order to comply with the applicable distance regulations. In addition, distance zones have been marked in the entrance area and transparent panels have been installed on the reception counter. We’d also like to ask you to keep a minimum distance of 1.5 metres to other guests at all times. The procedures of our housekeeping, kitchen and front office teams were revised completely to comply with the new safety distance and hygiene standards.
All our employees wear a filtering facepiece. For your and our staff’s health, we’d like to ask you to also put on your mask before entering the hotel and whenever you move within the common areas.
Please use the possibility to pay by card or pay online when booking your room on our website. When paying online, you will receive your invoice conveniently via e-mail and only need to pick up your prepared room card at the reception.
In the entrance area you can find hand sanitizer dispensers you can use free of charge at any time. We also provide hand sanitizers in handy bottles for sale – just ask our reception team.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we have revised our cleaning standards and increased the frequency and duration of all cleaning processes. All hotel areas are cleaned regularly according to special protocols recommended by the health authorities and with RKI certified cleaning agents. In addition, high touch items, such as switches, door handles or railings within our public areas are being sanitized daily. Our hotel rooms are also ventilated at least 24 hours after occupancy and, if possible, kept free for up to 3 days. We can also offer you to disinfect your room with our ozone device (fee: 15€) - please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival. We also wash our bed linen with a certified disinfecting washing process that kills germs and viruses during washing.
For your safety at the moment we offer you an individually composed breakfast box with fresh and delicious ingredients instead of our breakfast buffet. Just let us know the evening before what you would like to have for breakfast the next day and we will prepare your individually and freshly packed breakfast box for you to pick up the next morning.
Please note that we are unfortunately not allowed to welcome guests who have been in contact with COVID-19 patients within the last 14 days and/or guests who suffer from unspecific symptoms or respiratory symptoms of any severity.
