  • Booking, Change, Cancellation

    • How can I book a room at Bold Munich Centre?

      When can I reach reservations at Bold Hotels?

      Our reservations department is currently available during the following hours:

      Monday – Friday: 9am – 5.30pm

      Do I need a credit card to book?

      It is also possible to book without a credit card. However, a credit card is required for arrivals after 6pm, for bookings during trade shows, Oktoberfest and special events, as well as for bookings at discounted rates.

      Will my credit card get charged in advance?

      That depends on the rate you have booked. In case of bookings at a discounted rate, for trade shows, or during special events your credit card will be charged in advance. You can find more info in the rates' details as well as on your booking confirmation.

      How can I make a reservation for a group?

      In case you would like to make a group reservation of ten rooms or more please reach out directly to our reservations department via booking@bold-hotels.com.

      Is breakfast offered?

      For € 19 we will help you energise for the day with our delicious breakfast options.

      Can I bring my dog to the hotel?

      Upon request and for a fee of € 10 per night you can bring your furry friend. Your dog is going to be welcomed with a dog basket, a bowl and a small treat.

      Is there a parking lot available at Bold Munich Centre?

      Yes, the hotel has its own underground car park (max. height: 1.90m). Please bear in mind that parking spots cannot be reserved in advance. The fee for parking is € 16 per vehicle and night.

      Are there extra beds or baby beds for children available? How do I book these?

      Bold Munich Centre offers extra beds and folding beds for children according to availability and depending on the age of the child for an additional fee. If you would like to book with children, please reach out directly to our reservations department via +49 89 2000159-2244 oder via email to booking@bold-hotels.com.

      Which rates are offered at Bold Munich Centre?

      Our hotels offer refundable and non-refundable rates, as well as special rates depending on the hotel, e.g. certain promotions. For more information on booking conditions, please contact our reservations department. In any case, if you click on BOOK NOW on our website and select your travel dates you will be able to see the available rooms and rates per hotel.

      Do you offer special long stay rates?

      We are delighted if you'd like to stay longer with us! If your stay exceeds 30 consecutive nights you benefit from discounted long stay rates.       Is there a fee for an additional person in the room?

      You are welcome to have an additional person in your room. The fee is € 10 per night in the existing bed, excluding breakfast.

      If you need an extra bed or want to use the sofa bed, an extra charge of € 15 per person and night applies excluding breakfast and subject to availability. There are special rates for children, depending on their age.

      Are there any costs involved if I cancel my booking?

      Depending on the rate you booked, there are varying cancellation conditions. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details and to see if any fees are applicable.

      When can I check into the room on the day of arrival?

      On the day of your arrival, you will be able to use your room from 3pm onwards.

      Until what time is it possible to check out?

      On your day of departure you can use your room until 11am.

      Is a late check-out possible?

      If you're not a morning person or would like to sleep in: subject to availability and for a fee, you can check out after 11am. To arrange for a late check-out, please contact our reception in advance.

      When can I pay for my stay?

      In all our hotels, you will pay on arrival at the latest.  For more information, please refer to your booking confirmation.

      Which credit cards can I use to pay at Bold?

      The following credit cards are accepted at Bold hotels: MasterCard, VISA Card, American Express Card. You can also pay conveniently by EC card/Maestro or Apple Pay. Cash payment is not possible.

      Is there a car park at the Bold Munich Centre?

      The Bold Munich Centre has an underground car park. You will find the entrance on the right, coming from Goetheplatz, directly in front of the hotel. The underground car park costs € 16/day. Please let us know when you check in that you would like to use an underground parking space.

      Can I store my luggage at Bold?

      Checking out with a late flight? Arrived a little early? No problem! You can find a spacious luggage storage at our hotel. Just ask our reception team.

    • Are there different room categories at the Bold Munich Centre?

      There are three different room categories, which vary in terms of facilities and special features such as a high-quality equipped kitchenette, the option of a twin-bed room or the additional sofa bed.       Is Wi-Fi available?

      All our hotels keep you connected to the world - free of charge, of course.

      Are the rooms at the Bold Munich Centre air-conditioned?

      There is no air conditioning, but the rooms have temperature control for warming and cooling. Ventilation is made convenient by large windows and some rooms have balconies.

      Is there a hairdryer in the room?

      You don't have to worry about drying your hair, because every room at Bold Munich Centre comes with a hairdryer.

      Are the rooms equipped with a fridge?

      In the room categories Bold Studio and Bold Rooftop Studio you have a fridge at your disposal.

      Is there a minibar in the room?

      There is no minibar, but you can find a vending machine for snacks and drinks in the basement available 24/7. And of course, you can get drinks with and without rotations from our hotel bar around the clock.

      Are there a phone or a safe in the room?

      We don't have phones in our rooms at Bold Munich Centre. And considered there is no safe in the rooms, our team is happy to keep an eye on your valuables in a safety deposit box at the reception.

      How can I book them?

      We offer barrier-free rooms, which can be booked subject to availability directly through our reservations department by phone at +49 89 2000159-2244 or by email at booking@bold-hotels.com.

      Can I smoke in the room?

      All Bold Hotels are non-smoking. For smoking breaks, you can use the terrace at Bold Munich Centre or the entrance area in front of the hotel. You will also find ashtrays here. In the instance of infringement, we will have to charge you a fee of € 150 .

      Do you need more kitchenware or appliances?

      Just let us know and we'll provide you with additional glasses, plates or a kettle.

      How often do you clean the rooms?

      We skip daily room cleaning. Why? We strive to be environmentally concious. However, if you feel more comfortable with room cleaning, please let us know and we will be happy to schedule it with our housekeeping.

    • Is there a hotel bar? When is it open?

      The bar at the Bold Munich Centre is open around the clock and serves delicious drinks.

      When is breakfast served at Bold Munich Centre?

      You can recharge your batteries Monday to Friday from 6.30 am to 10am and on weekends & public holidays from 7am to 11am.

      Are there any vegan options offered for breakfast?

      Most of our dishes are vegetarian and some are vegan and/or gluten-free. If you have any intolerances, please let us know. Pretty sure we'll find a delicious alternative for you.

      Is there a laundry and ironing service?

      You are welcome to use our coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the basement. Washing powder is available at reception for a small fee. You can also borrow an iron and ironing board free of charge, subject to availability.

      Forgot something important at home?

      No problem! Our reception can provide you with toothbrushes, razors, sewing kits and much more.

      Do you have vouchers?

      Looking for a gift for your loved ones? Get them a voucher for a stay at Bold Hotels! Vouchers are available at the reception.

      Are yoga mats available?

      Yes, we have yoga mats available on site. Just ask our Bold team at reception.
